Whether you are starting from scratch or are a seasoned athlete, she will listen to your goals and develop a personalized plan to help you achieve them.
Recent wins include helping a client in her 40s break her high school 1-mile-run record and training a female military service member to not only pass, but slay her PT test.

COACH ELIZABETH HALL
FOUNDER | CCFT/L-3
Growing up on Pawley’s Island, SC, Elizabeth Hall was all about athletics dabbling in soccer, basketball and golf. Moving to Mount Pleasant in 2008, Elizabeth graduated from Wando High School before going on to Wofford College where she picked up training professors, staff and teammates during the soccer off-season.
Craving the team camaraderie she missed from soccer, Elizabeth dipped a toe into CrossFit before diving head first into individual and small group training along with coaching classes and sports teams in cross-functional fitness.
All about that team spirit, Elizabeth joined the coaching ranks of Rhapsody Fitness in 2019 because of its strong community and commitment to curating hungry, humble and happy humans inside and outside of the gym.
In 2020, she set another athletic venture in motion with Hall Fitness, the mobile gym delivering personal performance training to anyone, anywhere across the Greater Charleston Area.
For Elizabeth, coaching and training others is her way to pay it forward for all of the education, mentorship and support she received during her collegiate athletic career. Infatuated with the nuance of movement, Elizabeth focuses on the root of improvement by challenging her athletes to understand the science and reasoning behind each quality rep.
Beyond strength gains and stamina, Elizabeth is also a proponent for the significant benefit an hour of exercise can have for mental health. If she can make your day better with a 60-minute sweat session, then that’s a win to rank up there with a new personal record.
